利福中國股東周年大會記

昨天出席了利福中國股東周年大會，近距離向劉鑾鴻 先生發問有關利福中國上海大寧項目的最新進展？及管理層現階段處置大寧項目主要是寫字樓的想法？

我重複利福中國2018年報是這樣交代上海大寧項目如下；

本集團位於上海靜安區大寧的零售及商業綜合體項目的建築工程預計將於二零一九年年底左右竣 工。該項目包含大型的零售綜合體，將容納本集團位於上海的第二間久光店及兩座辦公樓。預期於 商業綜合體竣工後，本集團在上海的業務佔有率將有所增強，並進一步提升其品牌認受性。

我得到的答案有點失望；
看來劉生長遠極睇好上海寫字樓物業的升值潛力，「若現時兩座寫字樓賣5、6拾億7÷8扣之後賺得比較少」，但預售証一定會申請，但賣唔賣就唔急。
至於派息他表示賣了大連項目，派息問題可以解決。
看來要又要繼續持有一段時間了........
