春泉產業正式反枱？

早前太盟投資集團 (PAG)公開提出並要求春泉管理層召開特別大會，原因好簡單當然，春泉管理太差幫唔到股東賺錢。睇嚟雙方經過商討未能達成共識，春泉管理層被迫提出建議及召開特別股東大會，我到時一定要去投票支持太盟，原因好簡單呢只reits 只有一個主要物業是北京一棟商業大廈，事實上管理層亦做得唔好公司現在股價嚴重被低估，如果可以踢走管理層當然好啦，因爲委任新管理層好大機會加大分派比例，甚至將北京物業賣走分錢都唔出奇。
如果踢唔走管理層，但他們受壓后減管理費或加大派息長線投資都可以，每股資產淨值$5.9，現價$3.5差不多7%利息，短期升3成上番$4.5絕對有可能。
（還值得一提是1426其中一個大股東RCA Fund 已經過期，RCA也要處理所持的股份）
