勝獅貨櫃兩會記

兩年前左右0716勝獅貨櫃大股東通告將持有股份抵押與金融機構貸款，其中一個條件是大股東承諾一年內將持勝獅貨櫃的股份賣出；結果大股東順利還款並沒有把勝獅貨櫃股份賣出，但勝獅貨櫃之後動作多多經常出售資產，至使我密切關注這隻大股東及公司有異常動作的股份。

前幾天的會議上我問了勝獅貨櫃管理層今次交易勝獅被「中集」控告侵犯知識產權的指控？ CFO回答：暫時還沒有收到法庭的傳票，不知為什麼對方只向傳媒發放消息，而且索償款額1億相對38億的交易影響有限，亦與買家溝通萬一法庭真的發傳票亦不會影響交易進行。大家可以放心！

另外在周年股東大會我再問公司已把主要收入來源的資產賣走，公司業務前景？將來會否影響派息政策？及下一步主席會否把公司一同賣走？CFO先回答:今次交易後收入將減少60%但是基本上是零債，將繼續發展特種集裝箱業務因為毛利較高，乾貨集裝箱基本上毛利非常低競爭極大。之後主席張先生回答時說：公司將會升級轉型（營），派息政策不變與股東分享成果如今次分派1億美金股息一樣。

看來今次交易之後將會收的特別股息大約$0.32只是時間問題，其次拭目以待管理層如何把公司升級轉型；如果我係大股東我會買回寶山和廈門的乾貨集裝箱生產業務（太平船務是其大大客戶亦可以保持太平船務對集裝箱的需求），剩餘業務與上市地位一併賣給有強悍實力的企業。（相信上市地位可賣5億）
