瑞安建業中期業績

雖然中期仍然虧損，但係最壞時期相信已經過去，而且已跑回軌道了。
她今年應不會有盈利，但係亦不會有輸大錢的機會，大連天地及南京項目因市況不錯所以減值的機會不大，其他已經建成的商場雖然出租率不高但係冇輸大錢嘅機會再加上人民幣已升值五個percent（參考綜合全面收益表）。我仍然相信最終賣殼散Bang；
