Ray Dailo 出生於紐約，現居康乃狄克州費爾菲爾德縣，是美國的著名對沖基金經理、慈善家。Ray 奧是橋水基金的創始人，而橋水基金則是全世界最大的對沖基金公司，Ray於2018出版其著作《原則 PRINCIPLES》根據彭博社報導，截至2019年1月，他是世界上最富有的100個人中的第79位。

利福中國股東周年大會記

昨天出席了利福中國股東周年大會，近距離向劉鑾鴻   先生發問有關利福中國上海大寧項目的最新進展？及管理層現階段處置大寧項目主要是寫字樓的想法？ 我重複利福中國2018年報是這樣交代上海大寧項目如下； 本集團位於上海靜安區大寧的零售及商業綜合體項目的建築工程預計將於二零一九年年底左右竣 工。該項目包含大型的零售綜合體，將容納本集團位於上海的第二間久光店及兩座辦公樓。預期於 商業綜合體竣工後，本集團在上海的業務佔有率將有所增強，並進一步提升其品牌認受性。 我得到的答案有點失望； 看來劉生長遠極睇好上海寫字樓物業的升值潛力，「若現時兩座寫字樓賣5、6拾億7÷8扣之後賺得比較少」，但預售証一定會申請，但賣唔賣就唔急。 至於派息他表示賣了大連項目，派息問題可以解決。 看來要又要繼續持有一段時間了........ 注意； PS ;  不保證數據分析正確性及不建議參考本文作投資決定。 各位讀者多睇下網誌內的廣告，如果廣告內容啱你， 入去睇下以示支持小弟多寫誌! 不要忘記訂閱小弟網誌
