充分反映市場的短視和貪婪，但給大家機會？


今個月27號0787炒上近期高位收$0.475，相信市場是預期28號晚上的好消息，結果28號公告業績虧損及等待多時的特別息沒有具體日期。只用了一天就被打回10月29號原位$0.37。（當日宣布美洲業務交易完成已收到12億美元現金）
問題係我唔明公司11月28號所發佈的都是預期之中，之前交易通告已提及；
  • 交易價13.8億且預期交易的費用及稅務等，收到12億現金係好合理；
  • 成交日後買方有90天時間完成最終審計亦是8月2日EGM的通告上列明；
  • 787從494分拆時擔起了巨債，促使今次的賣仔救母，線上購物使業積向下亦是已知的秘密!
如果不是極短視及貪婪不知如何解釋市場在一兩日之間會有如此巨大的反差。

咁有冇給我們機會呢？且看以下數據自己決定；（數據有誤或虛假恕不負責，但相信馮氏絶不是老千集團因冇証據顯示他們做出對小股東不利的行為）
  • 11月28公佈預期明年2月初可以確定分派特別股日期及分派24億港元或每股$0.28.（估計美洲交易終極價格不會有巨大變動）
  • 算12億美元價格和中期業績後及派發特別股息前每股資產正值大約$1.2（有相當比重的無形資產-品牌價值）
  • 中期巨虧$0.179；是否新任CEO為自己做好轉盈準備呢？（上手CEO在10月29日宣布美洲交易完成時同日離職）Rich前天接受訪問時說最壞情況已過。

  • 完成美洲交易後已沒有債務壓力可塑性極強。
係咪買入好機會？Anyway 自己投資自己決定，若果能在$0.36買入，收到特別息後（幾乎可以肯定二月分派$0.28），成本變成$0.08 買到一盤價值$0.9的生意亦不失是一個好選擇。
