PAG 敵意收購1426！後記
春泉產業信託上年曾經是我杯茶，可是自從PAG試圖罷免管理層失敗兼輸八比二之後已沽貨離場。原因是對罷免議案投票結果太失望及自命了解日本資金的取向。
首先講吓1426為什麼會是我杯茶，作為一個行動形價值投資者注意到PAG持貨達14%已值得深入了解1426的故事啦；
大股東RCA fund 是一只已到期的日本基金，而且沒有絕對控制性股權；基金內本來只有一個位於北京的 A級寫字樓收租，市場價格長期低於資產淨值一大截，以上因素已足夠聯想此房托基金隨時散水拆骨回饋股東。
但管理層不但沒有為股東尋求最大價值更疑似制造金飯碗在春泉打一世工，先買入英國關連物業近期再準備發行股票買入惠州商場（網購業另國內的商場經營困難係人都知），加上發行股票有攤薄PAG股權比例之嫌，迫使PAG馬上出手先以每股$4.7提出全購春泉產業信託；可是反應其差，迫使PAG 加價到$5.3但結果都係一樣收不夠控制權趕走現有的管理層。（只有大約26%基金單位願意賣給PAG)
正如我之前估計日本資金不願套現，可能是長期QE後遺症。不過PAG花了幾球行政費結果得個吉，更不明白他們為什麼在最後截止日期 前一天以超高價$4.7買入2.3千萬股，PAG還有後續？又一個食神？

不過更值得大家關注的是市價比資產浄值長期低迷的其他房託，因為今次事件已提醒一眾管理層及大型基金寶藏是可以自己挖掘的。（如 1270、1881...）
