藥煲股-提供短炒套利


瑞安建業股份回購要約已成無條件，可能是回購價對短線套利投資者不吸引加上大市氣氛不明，通過決議案至今股價停留在$2.3，因此對我來說的長線股東帶來了大約8%短線套利機會。
舉例；
如果持有十萬股而且在特別股東會上謾罵管理層不是、回購比資產值平、是搶錢⋯⋯（以前的， 的確要鬧）的投資者，現在可在市場加買大約六萬多股，在截止日期前（13/08）把股份賣給瑞建（行使你的保証回購權）本月27號就可收回多買的六萬股款項額外每股多$0.2而自己的倉底貨仍可繼續持有（保証回購大約40.6%）；當然前提是你不會捨得以$2.5賣走瑞建。
有冇風險？有！如果回購比率大過40.6%（因爲願賣股的太少）那你的倉底貨有機被全數購回變成現金；但此藥煲股相回購比率大過60%機會不大。
