唔知佢地點解諗諗吓唔想借錢派息，仲要搞個以股代息，但事前唔知有冇得到監管部門默許豁免要約，但係如果真的不獲豁免，根據上市規則只要用同價向所有股東提出offer就可，即以$0.111就可以提私有化，當然成功機會極微，保住上市地位但一樣可以 以股代息執到平貨同時增持，唔知乜嘢原因又唔做？冇cash?結果只可以買大1.99%落台，，本來明明趁機平價增持取得絕對控制權（如果唔係解釋唔到點解免息留低啲應得現金股息借給只持有35%的公衆公司）該8億股息放銀行若定2%年息都收1千6百萬。仲要俾人鬧老千至戇居，你有冇見過老千平貨又攞唔到現金又收唔到？

怪唔得知494呢幾年表現咁差，佢哋連自己利益都保護唔到，點可以旨意佢保護小股東的利益。或許有啲不為外人知的困難⋯⋯不過
